Full HD is the term for screens that are 1,920 pixels wide and 1,080 pixels high, resulting in 2.1 megapixels.
Each pixel is a color point, therefore, the greater the number of pixels, the better the image quality and the more realistic it seems to us.
May also be defined on some televisions as Full High Definition, HD Ready 1080p, True High Definition, 1080p.
Full HD televisions have a resolution of 1,920 pixels wide and 1,080 pixels high, while HD or HD Ready televisions have a resolution of 720 pixels vertically and 1,280 pixels horizontally.
Although it is true that there are HD Ready televisions with 1920 × 1080 pixels, they do not show the same quality as a Full HD since they are not capable of displaying all the vertical pixels at the same time.
