Hi, someone please help me with with this. Using this tv for around 4 years now. When I bought it it had android version 7 and it still has same version. I keep checking if there is an update but it always shows "current version is the latest version" dialogue. But now apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime is not opening saying a system update is required to run these apps. What do I do?

Hi Nasrath, TV manufacturers don't usually release updates for their TVs. They prefer to make them obsolete quickly so they can continue selling. To continue using apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime you can connect a Chromecast, Fire TV or set-top box. You can also use screen mirroring to send the video from a mobile phone or tablet.
