1- First step:

Press the "Menu" button on the Toshiba 22L1333G TV 55.9 cm (22") Full HD Black remote control or the "Menu" button on the TV to open the TV settings menu.

2- Second step:

Using the button on the remote control with an arrow on the right, press it several times until you select the "Setup" section, as you can see in the image below, it has a cogwheel icon. Press the "OK" button on the remote control to access it.

3- Third step:
