Hi, thanks for your reply. There was only black screen, and the low memory message, so there was not possibility to reach any window or app. The problem got solved when we pressed menu and exit on remote control simultaniously, then suddenly menu appeared, and we could proceed to factory settings.

Hitachi 65HAL7250 have problems, message appears "soon too low memory". Soft or hard resets don´t help. We can not localize any reset on tv itself, only power button and no volume buttons, is there one? Any suggestions how to proceed?
