1- First step:

First, go to the home menu of your Yes StingTV. Once there, go to settings, which is the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen on your TV.

2- Second step:

Navigate through the StingTV menu until you find the section called "Storage and reset." Press it to access the storage and factory reset settings.

3- Third step:

Once inside the Yes StingTV Storage and reset settings, look for the "Factory data reset" section with your remote or cursor and click on it.

4- Four step:

A confirmation message will appear on the TV screen connected to the Yes StingTV indicating that all information on the StingTV will be erased, including settings, downloaded apps, and the link to your Google account (the Google account is not deleted, only unlinked from the player). Press "Factory data reset" again. If you've decided not to proceed, press "Cancel," and no data will be deleted.

5- Fifth step:

A second confirmation message will appear to confirm that you want to restore the Yes StingTV, from this step you cannot go back, all apps and settings will be removed from the player.

Press "Erase everything" to finish and wait a few seconds for the StingTV to be completely restored.

Restore Yes StingTV without the remote control

If you don’t have the remote control for the Yes StingTV, the device has entered a reboot loop, or it’s not responding, you can restore the Yes to factory settings using the physical buttons located on the back, bottom, or side of the device.

1- First, locate the power button on the Yes StingTV.
It should be located on the back of the device, on the right side or at the bottom of the Yes player.

2- Next, disconnect the Yes StingTV from the power supply, unplug it or turn off the switch on the power strip where it is connected to cut off electricity.

3- Press and hold the power button on the Yes StingTV, hold it down and connect the Yes device to the electrical outlet.

4- Press and hold the power button without releasing it until you see the Yes logo or the Android TV logo.
When you see the logo, you can release the button.

5- Once in the recovery menu, you can navigate using the physical power button:
Short presses to move between options.
Long press to select an option.
Navigate to the "Wipe data/factory reset" option or similar.
Select this option with a long press of the power button.
Confirm that you want to perform the factory reset with another long press.

5- The Yes StingTV TV Box will restart and it will take a few minutes or seconds to restore to factory settings. Once restored you will have to reconfigure it, choosing the language, internet connection, tuning channels, installing applications or configuring Bluetooth devices.
