1- First step:

First, go to the home menu of your Hotwire FisionTV+ (TiVo). Once there, go to settings, which is the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen on your TV.

2- Second step:

Navigate through the FisionTV+ (TiVo) menu until you find the section called "Storage and reset." Press it to access the storage and factory reset settings.

3- Third step:

Once inside the Hotwire FisionTV+ (TiVo) Storage and reset settings, look for the "Factory data reset" section with our remote or cursor and click on it.

4- Four step:

A confirmation message will appear on the TV screen connected to the Hotwire FisionTV+ (TiVo) indicating that all information on the FisionTV+ (TiVo) will be erased, including settings, downloaded apps, and the link to your Google account (the Google account is not deleted, only unlinked from the player). 5- The Hotwire FisionTV+ (TiVo) TV Box will restart and it will take a few minutes or seconds to restore to factory settings. Once restored you will have to reconfigure it, choosing the language, internet connection, tuning channels, installing applications or configuring Bluetooth devices.
