How to uninstall apps on Onida 80 cm (32 Inches) HD Ready Smart IPS LED TV – Fire TV Edition (Black)

Delete apps from Onida 32HIF

If you have just bought a new or second-hand Onida 32HIF, or you have had it for a while and you don't remember how to delete applications, we will give you the instructions to delete or uninstall any of the applications installed on your television and thus, on the one hand, free up space and have the list of applications better organized so that your television works faster.

You don't need to have an internet connection to remove apps from your TV, you just need the remote control.

1- First step:

Press the "Home" key on the remote control, it is the button with the drawing of a house to open the main menu of the Onida 80 cm (32 Inches) HD Ready Smart IPS LED TV – Fire TV Edition (Black).

Move through the main page menu to the "Apps" icon, it is a gray icon with three squares and a "+" symbol.

Press the central button on the remote control to access it.

2- Second step:

Use the directional buttons on the remote control to select “App Library”.

3- Third step:

Use the directional buttons on your remote to scroll through the list of apps installed on your Onida 32HIF and select the app you want to remove.

4- Four step:

Press the “options” button on the remote control, it is the button with three horizontal lines as shown in the following image. You can also hold down the central button for a couple of seconds to open the list of options.

5- Fifth step:

You will see that the list of options to perform on an app appears, using the remote control, scroll down to select “Uninstall”, press the central button on the remote control to proceed to delete this application on your Onida 32HIF.

6- Sixth step:

A confirmation message will appear on the Onida 32HIF screen to avoid deleting the app by mistake. If you are sure that this is the app you want to delete, select “uninstall” and press the central button on the remote control again.

Repeat the process for all the apps you want or need to remove from the Onida 32HIF, both to free up space and to stop them from appearing on the home screen taking up space when you no longer need them.
